Špecifikácia požiadaviek investora na informácie obsiahnuté v modeli pre potreby oceňovania v rámci životného cyklu výstavbového projektu

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je informačné modelovanie stavieb z pohľadu investora s ohľadom na možnosti oceňovania stavebných prác. V úvode je predstavený BIM, jeho výhody a nevýhody ako aj aspekty spojené s životným cyklom výstavbového projektu. V kontexte digitalizácie stavebníctva sú uvedené kľúčové idey, ktoré budú odvetvie stavebníctva v budúcnosti formovať a ktoré by mal investor ovládať. V práci sú prezentované klasifikačné systémy používané v Českej Republike a vo svete a ich prípadná nadväznosť na BIM. Vymenované sú základné predpoklady pre implementáciu BIM do výstavbového projektu, na ktoré nadväzujú konkrétne požiadavky zadávateľa na informácie. V poslednej časti práce je uvedený príklad štruktúry dát pre oceňovanie stavebnej produkcie za pomoci BIM.

A subject of the bachelor thesis is Building Information Modelling from the perspective of investor with regard to the possibilities of valuation of construction works. The introduction presents BIM, its advantages and disadvantages as well as aspects related to the life cycle of construction project. Within the context of digitalisation of construction industry, the thesis presents key ideas that will shape the industry in the future and which the investor should master. The thesis presents classification systems used in Czech Republic and around the world and their possible continuity with BIM. The basic assumptions for the implementation of BIM in the construction project are set out and followed by Employer's Information Requirements. The last part of thesis contains an example of data structure for valuation of construction works with BIM.
