Porovnání podnikatelského prostředí mezi ČR a Ruskou federací

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována porovnání podnikatelského prostředí mezi ČR a Ruskou federací. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou kapitol. Úvodní kapitola se věnuje stručnému popisu pojmů podnikání, podnikatel, podnik a podnikatelské prostředí a krátkému seznámení s podporou malých a středních podniků v České republice a Ruské federaci. Druhou kapitolu teoretické části tvoří porovnání podnikatelského prostředí České republiky a Ruské federace. Praktická část je zaměřená na porovnání postupů při založení společnosti s ručením omezením v České republice a Ruské federaci.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the comparison of the business environment between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The introductory chapter deals with a brief description of the concepts of business, businessman, enterprise and the business environment and a brief explanation of the support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The second chapter of the theoretical part is composed of comparing the business environment of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The practical part is focused on the comparison of the procedures for setting up a limited liability company in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation.
