Podnikatelský plán jako součást studie proveditelnosti investičního záměru

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou finanční analýzy investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti. Jedná se o investici do celkové obnovy malého podniku, zabývající se výrobou a prodejem ocelových lan. První, teoretická, část práce shrnuje metodolo-gie pro posouzení zdraví podniku a tržního potenciálu, dále analýzu rizik a metody hodnocení investice. V praktické části je formulováno poslání, vize a cíle podniku, kterých se snaží ve specifikované době dosáhnout, dále je detailně popsáno a zhodnoceno vnitřní a vnější okolí podniku a jeho složky. Stěžejní kapitoly pro po-kračování v detailnějším popisu investice jsou analýza SWOT a Analýza a řízení ri-zik. Další části se zabývají samotnou technickoekonomickou hodnotou investice, plánování nákladů a výnosů. V poslední kapitole je uvedena čistá současná hodno-ta projektu a plánované hodnoty cashflow v jednotlivých letech plánovacího ob-dobí. Závěr je pak věnován celkovému vyhodnocení investičního záměru a dopo-ručení k jeho uskutečnění.

This thesis deals with a creation of a financial analysis of an investment project in a selected company. The investment project is about renovation of a small compa-ny involved in a production and sale of steel ropes. The first, theoretical, part of this thesis summarizes the methodology for assessment of health of a company and market potential, risk analysis and evaluation methods of an investment. In the practical part, the mission, vision and objectives of the company are formulat-ed. The internal and external surroundings of the company and its components are then described and evaluated in detail. The core sections for more detailed description of the investment are SWOT Analysis and Risk Analysis and Manage-ment. Following sections deal with the techno-economic value of the investment itself and cost-benefit planning. The last section deals with the net present value of the project and the planned cash flow in each year of the planning period. The conclusion is then devoted to the overall evaluation of the investment plan and recommendation for its implementation.
