Optimalizace systému přepravy osobních automobilů

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika optimalizace systému přepravy osobních automobilů. V úvodních kapitolách jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, popsán systém silniční nákladní dopravy, uvedeny technické a technologické předpoklady silniční dopravy, v neposlední řadě je zmíněna certifikace (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). Následuje popis činnosti a analýza společnosti Sesé Autologistics Czech Republic s.r.o., popis zákazníků, dodavatelů nákladních vozidel, způsobu určování ceny za přepravu vozidel, SWOT analýza a rozhodovací proces dispečera odpovědného za sestavu plánů flotily vozidel. V práci je též uveden teoretický aparát jako podpora rozhodování, v oblasti dopravní obsluhy území. Ve sledovaném období dvou týdnů byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány trasy sestavené dispečerem společnosti s trasami triviálního řešení. Dále byl navržen plán tras sestavený na principu alokace míst obsluhy a tento plán vyhodnocen a porovnán s plány dispečera a triviálním řešením.

The theme of this thesis is optimization of the automobile transportation system. The opening chapters contain basic terms, description of the road cargo system, technical and technological requirements of road traffic, and last but not least the ISO 9001, ISO 14011 certification. Following is the description of activities and analysis of the company Sesé Autologistics Czech Republic s.r.o., characterization of customers, suppliers of freight cars, methods of vehicle transportations price determination, the SWOT analysis, and decision making process of a controller responsible for creating the vehicle fleets plan. The thesis also focuses on theoretical apparat, for example support in decision making in the area of territorial traffic services. During the examined two-weeks time period, the routes put together by the controller of the company were evaluated and compared to trivial routes solution. Furthermore, a plan of routes was created, build upon the principle of alocation of the service spots, and this plan had been evaluated and compared to the plan assembled by the controller and to the trivial routes solution.
