Podnikatelský plán na založení podniku

Abstract

Cílem této práce, je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro restauraci. Restaurace bude nabízet pokrmy, které zatím v České republice nejsou dostupné, ale ve světě jsou velmi oblíbené. Diplomová práce bude rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé pojmy, které souvisí s tématem a stanovena struktura podnikatelského plánu. Dle podkladů z teoretické části je vypracován podnikatelský plán na konkrétní restauraci. Jsou zde uvedeny veškeré informace tykající se podniku, analýzy, management, strategie, marketing a finanční analýza. Plán má nastínit budoucí fungování podniku.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for the restaurant. The restaurant will offer dishes that are not available in the Czech Republic yet, but are very popular in the world. The thesis will be divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part characterizes the individual terms that are related to the topic and the structure of the business plan. According to the theoretical part, a business plan is made for a specific restaurant. This part includes all information about restaurant, analysis, management, strategy, marketing, and financial analysis. The plan should show future progress.
