Motivace zaměstnanců v podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsou interpretované základní pojmy dané problematiky, dále je rozebrána pracovní motivace a motivační metody. Praktická část se zabývá cílem práce, výzkumnými otázkami, analýzou současného stavu motivace v daném podniku, popisem metodiky průzkumu za pomocí dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocením výzkumných otázek. Na závěr praktické části je popsán návrh případného zvýšení motivace na pracovišti a analýza efektivnosti opatření.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of employees in a selected company. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of the given issue are interpreted, as well as the practical motivation and motivational methods. The practical part deals with the aim of the thesis, research questions, analysis of the current state of motivation in the given company, description of survey methodology using questionnaire survey and evaluation of research questions. At the end of the practical part the proposal for increasing the motivation at the workplace is described and analysing the effectiveness of the measure.
