Analýza voidu v pájených spojích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií v bezolovnatém pájení zejména v oblasti pájení přetavením a chybami, které vznikají během tohoto procesu v pájených spojích. Teoretická část práce se zabývá technologií pájení, rozdělením typu chyb a hlavní příčinou jejich vzniku. V praktické části vytvořím návrh desky plošného spoje s různými povrchovými úpravami, a k tomu příslušné šablony s odlišnou tloušťkou. V navrženém experimentu budu dále zkoumat výskyt voidů v pájených spojích na připravených vzorcích při použití dvou různých bezolovnatých pájecích past.

This bachelor thesis deals with the technology in lead-free soldering especially in the sphere of soldering reflow and the errors that arise during this process in solder joints. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with soldering technology, the type of errors and what may be there main cause of their occurrence. In the practical part, I will create a design of a printed circuit board with different surface finishes, and the corresponding templates of different thickness. In the proposed experiment I will further study the occurrence of voids in solder joints at prepared samples using two different lead-free solder pastes.
