Návrh nového řešení aplikace Anketa ČVUT

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na systém sběru zpětné vazby na Českém vysokém učení technickém v Praze, a reaguje na dlouhodobou nespokojenost současných uživatelů aplikace Anketa ČVUT a nové legislativní požadavky v oblasti. V práci je provedena analýza současných problémů, a na základě průzkumů mezi studenty a vyučujícími je nastíněna vize nové webové aplikace, která současným problémům čelí. Ta je následně prezentována jednotlivým fakultám univerzity a prorektorce pro studium a zapracovává jejich požadavky. Tento koncept, postavený na požadavcích jednotlivých skupin uživatelů je pak přetvořen v prototyp studentského rozhraní pro vyplňování anketních lístků, jehož jednotlivé prvky jsou detailně popsány a vybudovány na základě znalostí softwarového inženýrství a interakce člověka s počítačem, i autorových zkušeností v oblasti marketingu. Prototyp je podroben uživatelskému testování použitelnosti, a společné výstupy tvoří pevný podklad pro implementaci nové verze aplikace.

This diploma thesis focuses on a feedback gathering system at Czech Technical University in Prague as a reaction on both the long-term dissatisfaction of Inquiry CTU application users and recent legal changes. Based on the analysis of current issues and user researches among students and teachers the thesis shows a vision of a new web application as a solution to the issues identified. This concept is shown to vice-deans of the university faculties and to the vice-rector for bachelor and master studies. With all the opinions and requirements incorporated, a prototype of student part of the application is created, together with the detailed description of the respective parts of the interface based on both the application of software engineering and human-computer interaction practices, and author's marketing skills. The prototype is then tested with users and the outputs serve as a solid base for the implementation of the new feedback gathering system.
