Profil osobnosti podnikatele a jeho dopad na podnikovou kulturu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o charakteristikách osobnosti, jejím vývoji, struktuře, temperamentu, kde plynule přechází v informace o podnikateli, jaká je jeho role v návaznosti s firemní kulturou. Konkrétně pak všechny tyto informace, získané v teoretické části, jsou aplikované ve firemní kultuře firmy Blueberry.cz Apps s.r.o., které bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru a osobnostních testů zakladatelů stanoveno doporučení pro seberozvojové metody, jak pro za-kladatele firmy, tak pro jejich firemní kulturu.

Bachelor thesis describes specific character attributes, their development, structure and disposition. Another part is focused mainly on information about en-trepreneurs in general and what is their role in terms of business culture. All the information summed up in theoretical part is applied to the business culture of Blueberry.cz Apps s.r.o. company. Questionnaire survey, interviews and personality tests of the founders have been done and put together. Based on the results we came with several suggestions how to improve this specific business culture with self-development methods for the company founders and for the empoyees as well.
