Postavení samoživitelů na trhu práce a jejich personální rozvoj

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením samoživitelů na trhu práce a jejich personálním rozvojem. Vzhledem ke vzrůstajícímu počtu samoživitelů v České republice je toto téma velmi aktuální a je potřeba najít nové způsoby, jak k této situaci přistupovat. Teoretická část práce se zabývá příčinami vzniku samoživitelství, vývojem trhu v České republice a novými možnostmi pro samoživitele a významem personálního rozvoje pro samoživitele i zaměstnavatele. V praktické části se s pomocí dotazníkového šetření seznámíme s vnímáním trhu práce z pohledu samoživitelů a jejich postojem k personálnímu rozvoji a vzdělávání. Tyto poznatky jsou pak na závěr praktické části přetransformovány do doporučení, díky kterým se může stát trh práce pro samoživitele přístupnější a pro jejich personální rozvoj přínosnější.

The bachelor thesis deals with the position of single parents in the labor market and their personal development. Due to the increasing number of single-parent families in the Czech Republic, this topic is very timely and needs to find new ways to approach this situation in proceed future. The theoretical part deals with the causes of formation single-parent families, the development of the labor market in the Czech Republic, new possibilities for single-parents and the importance of personal development for single-parents and employers. In the practical part, using the questionnaire survey, we will get to know the perception of the labor market from the point of view of single-parents and their attitude toward personal development and education. At the end of the practical part, these findings are transformed into recommendations, which can make labor market for single-parents more accessible and personal development more beneficial.
