Kompetence absolventů FD ČVUT v praxi

Abstract

Cílem této práce je analyzovat, jakými kompetencemi disponují absolventi magisterských oborů fakulty dopravní ČVUT v Praze, zjistit jaké kompetence považují za klíčové pro zaměstnavatele ve svém oboru studia (včetně toho, jak těmito kompetencemi disponují) a tyto zjištěné skutečnosti porovnat s tím, jaké kompetence jsou nyní reálně očekávány v daném sektoru. Pro řešení bylo využito dotazníkové řešení u absolventů i zaměstnavatelů. Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že absolventi mají z velké části správná očekávání, ovšem nejsou na ně, zejména v oblasti měkkých kompetencí, dostatečně připraveni. Přínosem práce pro organizace je souhrnná informace o představách a kompetencích absolventů a pro fakultu dopravní informace o tom, jak změnit či rozšířit poskytované vzdělání svých studentů dle aktuálních požadavků na trhu práce.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the competencies of graduate students of the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, CTU in Prague, to find out what competencies they consider to be key to employers in their field of study, and compare these findings with the fact, which competencies are now realistically expected. A questionnaire survey was used for graduates and organizations. The survey found that graduates have mostly the right expectations, but they are not, mainly in the area of soft competencies, adequately prepared. The benefit of the thesis for organizations is summarization of information about competencies of graduates and for the Faculty of Transportation Sciences knowledge how to change or extend the education provided to their students according to current labor market requirements.
