Analýza nedostatku zaměstnanců ve vybraných potravinářských společnostech

Abstract

Práce zkoumá příčiny, důsledky a řešení nedostatku zaměstnanců ve vybrané po-travinářské společnosti s cílem navrhnout opatření k přilákání a udržení potřeb-ných zaměstnanců. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a představuje vý-znam lidských zdrojů, pojetí trhu práce, podstatu nezaměstnanosti a současnou situaci na českém trhu práce. Praktická část se zabývá příčinami, důsledky a řeše-ním nedostatku zaměstnanců v klatovské potravinářské společnosti MASO WEST s.r.o. na základě analýzy interních materiálů společnosti a rozhovorů s majitelem společnosti a s vybranými zaměstnanci společnosti.

The work analyzes the causes, consequences and solutions of employees' short-age in a chosen food company with the aim to suggest some steps how to attract and keep new employees. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and it introduces the importance of human resources, the labor market, the prin-ciples of unemployment and the current situation in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the lack of employees and its reasons and conse-quences in a food company called MASO WEST in Klatovy and it is based on an analysis of intern matherials from the company together with interviews with the owner of the company and several chosen employees.
