Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, přičemž náplní první teoretické části práce je popis firemní kultury, jejích znaků a typologií. V praktické části práce je strukturovaně popsána firemní kultura v reálné firmě Johnson & Johnson a jejím vlivu na výkon zaměstnanců. Analyzuje problémy a mezery v zajetém systému a poukazuje, jaký vliv to má na prosperitu společnosti a výkon zaměstnanců. Obsahuje postupy analýzy firemní kultury a cílem je návrh na její změnu, který by vedl k zefektivnění celkového chodu.

This bachelor thesis contains two parts, while the first theoretical part of the work is describing the corporate culture, its features and typologies. The practical part of the thesis is structured describing the corporate culture in the real company Johnson & Johnson and its influence on the performance of employees. Analyses the problems and gaps in the system and points out how it affects the prosperity of the company and the performance of its employees. It incorporates corporate culture analysis techniques and aims to make a proposal to change it, which would lead to more efficient overall performance.
