Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizaci, jejíž cílem je analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v organizaci a zhodnocení efektivity tohoto procesu. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců zahrnující doporučené metody a postupy. V praktické části je představena společnost, ve které bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Na základě analýzy získaných informací a výsledků metod sběru dat byla navržena doporučení, která mají za cíl tento proces zefektivnit.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the recruitment and selection of employees in the organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the process of recruiting and selecting employees in organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of this process. The theoretical part describes the individual steps of the process of recruit-ing and selecting employees, including recommended methods and procedures. The practical part introduces a company that has been conducting a question-naire survey and a semi-structured interview. Based on the analysis of the acquired information and the results of the data collection methods, recommendations have been proposed to make the process more efficient.
