The Thesis deals with properties of conductive adhesive joints under climatic stress. Theoretical section of the thesis describes types, composition and practical using of conductive adhesives. In the next section is presented the methodology for measuring the basic electrical parameters of adhesive joints, the resistance and nonlinearity of the VA characteristic. Values of these parameters are studied in dependence on the type of climatic loading and on the type of surface finish of pads. Experimental section describes formation of test samples, ageing samples in different types of climatic conditions and subsequently measurement of electrical properties of the samples. On the basis of the measured values mathematical models for the resistance and nonlinearity of adhesive joints formed from 4 types of adhesives on the 2 different types of surfaces and aged for different climatic conditions are calculated using factorial experiments 2^3. It was found that the highest changes of the electrical parameters of the joints are caused by climatic load 80 °C/80 % RH.
