Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve firmě Europ Assistance. Teoretická část je věnována pojmu motivace, motivačním teoriím a formám odměňování. V praktické části je zpracována analýza současné motivace ve firmě Europ Assistance. Informace, které jsou potřeba k analýze motivace, jsem získala dotazníkovým průzkumem, který byl rozeslán zaměstnancům ve firmě. Na základě této analýzy se pokusím navrhnout řešení, které by zvýšilo motivaci zaměstnanců.

My bachelor thesis deals with motivation and remuneration of employees in Europ Assistance. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of motivation, motivational theories and forms of remuneration. In the practical part, the analysis of the current motivation in the Europ Assistance is elaborated. The information needed to analyse the motivation was obtained through a questionnaire survey that was sent to the employees of the company. Based on this analysis, I will try to propose a solution that would increase employee motivation.
