Abstraktní Tato práce prezentuje návrh konstrukčního řešení, strukturní analýzu a realizaci nového bytového domu v souladu s platnými českými normami. Rozsah této práce je předběžný návrh všech nosných prvků, aby byla zajištěna bezpečnost, když stojí pravidelné akce Design a detail výpočet tepelné izolace, hydroizolace, kompozice vrstev s cílem zajistit standardní hodnoty U a eliminaci tepelných mostů, proniknutí vody, přenos vlhkosti, nadměrná spotřeba energie všech střech, stěn sklepa, obálka stěn, podlah a vnitřních stěn.
