Fyzioterapeutická péče o pacienta s entezopatií v oblasti loketního kloubu

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se pojednává o fyzioterapeutické péči o pacienta s entezopatií v oblasti loketního kloubu. Vzhledem k různým přístupům je cílem práce představit možnosti fyzioterapeutické léčby a porovnat dva různé postupy. V teoretické části jsme rozebrali anatomii a kineziologii loketního kloubu, zmapovali jsme otázku etiologie a patogeneze entezopatií v této oblasti, diferenciální diagnostiku, klinický obraz tohoto onemocnění a zejména možnosti konzervativní léčby. Ve speciální části jsme aplikovali terapii u dvou skupin pacientů, u kterých byla prokázána přítomnost laterální epikondylitidy. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru jsme naplánovali rehabilitační plán obou skupin. U té první jsme aplikovali dle indikace lékaře rázovou vlnu v kombinaci s tejpováním postižené oblasti a u té druhé individuální terapii. Na základě výstupního kineziologického rozboru byly výsledky obou přístupů terapie porovnány a zhodnotili jsme jejich efekt, výhody a nevýhody. Na závěr jsme sestavili brožuru pro pacienty, kde byly zdůrazněny veškeré preventivní opatření bránící recidivě bolestí.

This bachelor thesis deals with physiotherapeutic care of the patient with enthesopathy in the area of the elbow joint. Given different approaches is target of this thesis to introduce possibilities of physiotherapeutic therapy and to compare two various accesses. In the theoretical part we analyzed the anatomy and kinesiology of the elbow joint, we mapped the question of etiology and pathogenesis of enthesopathy in this area, differential diagnostics, clinical view of this disease and especially possibilities of conservative treatment. In the special section we applied therapy to two groups of patients to thom it has been demonstrated presence of lateral epicondylitis. Based on input kinesiological analysis we planed rehabilitation plan for both groups. At the firts group we did the individual therapy, at the second group according to the doctor´s indication shock wave in combination with taping of the affected area. Based on output kinesological analysis were the results of both approaches of the therapy compared and we evaluated their effect, benefits and disadvantages. At the end we compiled a brochure for patients where were highlighted all preventive measures to recurrence of pain.
