Vliv vybavení oddělení a příslušníků PČR na jejich činnost

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabýváme vlivem vybavení oddělení a příslušníků Policie České republiky na jejich činnost. V práci popisujeme hierarchii Policie České republiky od Ministerstva vnitra až po obvodní oddělení, na které jsme tuto práci zaměřili. V další části práce charakterizujeme činnosti příslušníků obvodních oddělení a následně analyzujeme jejich vybavení, které dostávají při nástupu do služby. Pro zjištění samotného vlivu vybavení jsme vedli strukturované otevřené rozhovory s patnácti příslušníky obvodních oddělení. Ze zjištění vyplývá, že respondenti jsou spíše nespokojeni se současným vybavení. Zároveň má toto vybavení spíše negativní vliv na jejich činnost a možná modernizace či obnova vybavení by jejich práce zkvalitnila.

The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of the equipment of departments and officers of the Police of the Czech Republic on their activities. The thesis describes the hierarchy of the Police of Czech Republic, from the Ministry of Interior up to district departments, which also represented the main focus of this work. The next part characterizes the activities of district department officers and subsequently analyzes the equipment they receive at the start of their employment. In order to determine the impact of their equipment, we carried out structured open interviews with fifteen district department officers. The findings indicate that respondents are rather negative impact on their activities and modernization or replacement of current equipment would improve the quality of their work.
