Tloušťka vrstvy gangliových buněk sítnice u vysokého nitroočního tlaku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se nazývá Tloušťka vrstvy gangliových buněk u vysokého nitroočního tlaku. Práce obsahuje tři části. První část zahrnuje informace o anatomii a fyziologii sítnice. Anatomie a fyziologie rozebírá vrstvy sítnice, maculu luteu, metabolismus sítnice a histologické uspořádání sítnice a vytváří základ pro pochopení této problematiky. Další část popisuje glaukom, jeho změny, klasifikaci. Poslední část je věnována vybraným základním vyšetřovacím a zobrazovacím metodám pro odhalení oční patologie glaukomu a gangliových vláken.

Bachelor thesis called The thickness of the layer of ganglion cells with high intraocular pressure. It contains three parts. The first part includes information about anatomy and physiology of the retina. Anatomy and Physiology discusses the layers of the retina, the macula lutea, the metabolism of the retina and retinal histological arrangement and provides a basis for understanding this issue. The next section describes glaucoma, its amendments and classification. The last section is devoted to selected elementary examination and imaging methods for detection ocular pathology of glaucoma and ganglion fibers.
