Radioterapie karcinomu prostaty - nežádoucí účinky léčby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem ?Radioterapie karcinomu prostaty - nežádoucí účinky léčby?se zabývá souhrnem informací týkajících se nádoru prostaty a porovnáním rozsahu informovanosti o nežádoucích účincích radioterapie karcinomu prostaty na různých pracovištích v ČR a to na základě získaných informovaných souhlasů a dotazníkového šetření mezi pacienty s tímto onemocněním. V současné době neexistuje ucelená podoba informovaného souhlasu pro léčbu daného onemocnění a mezi různými pracovišti se informovaný souhlas liší. Práce je zaměřena na porovnání získaných informovaných souhlasů vzhledem k základní informovanosti o nežádoucích účincích léčby a dále na dotazníkové šetření mezi pacienty, které je zaměřeno na rozsah informovanosti o nežádoucích účincích radioterapie karcinomu prostaty. Práce se skládá celkem ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje přehledu základních anatomických a fyziologických souvislostí, výskytu onemocnění, rizikovým faktorům, příznakům, diagnostice a terapeutickým metodám karcinomu prostaty včetně nežádoucích účinků, které způsobuje ionizující záření. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním informovaných souhlasů z různých pracovišť v ČR a mírou informovanosti pacientů na jednotlivých pracovištích. Pro zjištění rozsahu informovanosti jednotlivých pacientů o nežádoucích účincích léčby byl vytvořen nestandardizovaný dotazník, který byl distribuován na různá pracoviště zevní radioterapie v ČR. Na základě vyhodnocených dat, byla posouzena míra informovanosti pacientů a navržena obecná opatření směřující ke zlepšení informovanosti o možnostech léčby a jejích nežádoucích účincích.

The bachelor thesis entitled "Radiation therapy for prostate cancer - the adverse effects of the treatment" provides a summary of information related to prostate cancer and compares the extent of awareness of the adverse effects of radiotherapy for prostate cancer at various sites in the Czech Republic on the basis of acquired informed consent forms and questionnaire survey among patients with this disease. Currently, there is no comprehensive informed consent form for the treatment of this disease and different informed consent forms are used at individual sites. The thesis compares the obtained informed consent forms with respect to basic information about the adverse effects of the treatment and analyses a survey among patients, focused on a range of information about the adverse effects of radiotherapy for prostate cancer. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the basic anatomical and physiological associations, disease incidence, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and therapeutic methods for prostate cancer, including the adverse effects caused by ionizing radiation. The practical part compares informed consent forms from various sites in the Czech Republic and the extent of patient awareness at individual workplaces. A non-standard questionnaire was developed to determine the extent of awareness of individual patients of the adverse effects of the treatment and it was distributed to various external radiotherapy sites in the Czech Republic. We analysed the awareness of patients based on the acquired data and designed the general measures to improve the awareness of the treatment options and their adverse
