Využití WalkAide systému při postižení plexus brachialis

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky z oblasti anatomie a kineziologie, nervové soustavy a zmínit možnosti rehabilitace u periferních paréz. Důraz je kladen na systém WalkAide a jeho zapojení do celkové terapie. Práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. V obecné části je spolu s ostatními poznatky představen WalkAide jako podpůrný terapeutický prostředek a jeho využití při poruchách horní končetiny. Metodologie práce uvádí všechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly použity při terapii pacienta. Speciální část je věnována kazuistice pacienta s poruchou brachiálního plexu. Jsou v ní uvedené základní údaje o pacientovi a kineziologický rozbor na jehož základě byl stanoven rehabilitační plán. Výstupní kineziologický rozbor umožňuje zhodnotit efekt celé terapie a vyvodit z něj závěry o úspěšnosti léčby. Závěr práce společně s diskuzí obsahují celkové zhodnocení terapie a zamyšlení nad využitím funkčního elektrického neurostimulátoru..

The subject of this thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, nervous system and mentioning the possibility of rehabilitation for peripheral paresis. Emphasis is placed on WalkAide system and its inclusion into the overall therapy. The Work is processed by the form of case studies. The general part, along with other evidence introduced WalkAide as supportive therapeutic agent and its use in disorders of the upper extremity. The methodology describes all investigative and therapeutic methods that have been used in the treatment of the patient. A special section is devoted to the case report of a patient with impaired brachial plexus. They referred to therein basic information about the patient kinesiology analysis, on the basis of which was established rehabilitation plan. Output kinesiology analysis allows to evaluate the effect of the whole therapy and draw conclusions about the effectiveness of treatment. Conclusion work together with discussion include an overall assessment of therapy and reflection on the use of functional electrical neurostimulator.
