Bakalářská práce Fyzioterapie u kraniocerebrálních traumat s poruchou rovnováhy je rozdělena na obecnou, speciální a praktickou část. Bachelor thesis Physiotherapy in craniocerebral trauma with balance disorders is divided into general, special and practical sections.The general part of the thesis is focused on the description of the major nerve centers involved in maintaining the balance and stability.There is a brief description of the anatomy and function of individual brain structures and also of the pathophysiology of brain damage.Further disclosed herein is a manifestation of disorders of brain structures, depending on the coordination and human movement. A special section is focuses on the causes of craniocerebral trauma formation and its classification, as well as on evidence of impaired motor control centers. They are described treatment options of polytraumas, both - in acute and chronic stage. At the end of the special section randomized studies of craniocerabral trauma treatments from abroad are mentioned and also one study from the Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted to the case report of an thirty one years old patient with severe chronic craniocerebral trauma after a car accident in January 2013. For the patient this is the first intensive institutional rehabilitation at the VRU Slapy.The case history was collected and the kinesiology exams analyzed, and base on this the short and long term rehabilitation plan was set. In the bachelor thesis conclusion, I summarized the findings of all thesis sections - general, special and practical. The most beneficial part of the thesis is the discussion section, which summarizes rehabilitation results of my patient in comparison with available studies.
