Léčebně rehabilitační plán po plastice předního zkříženého vazu kolene

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je zpracování tématu fyzioterapie po plastice předního zkříženého vazu kolene. Práce je zaměřena na sběr a shromáždění poznatků z dostupné literatury. Tyto teoretické poznatky budou shrnuty v obecné části práce, která je zaměřena na anatomii kolenního kloubu, jeho biomechaniku a kinematiku. Dále student popíše vazy kolenního kloubu, a to především přední zkřížený vaz a jeho funkci. Do této části je zahrnut i popis svalstva dolní končetiny, menisků a kloubního pouzdra. V obecné části bude také shrnuta etiologie, klinické příznaky, diagnostika, léčba konzervativní i chirurgická a pooperační komplikace. Součástí práce je také metodologie, ve které jsou shrnuty vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, které byly použity při jednotlivých terapiích. Patří zde i sběr dat a popis pracoviště, na kterém byla prováděna speciální část. Součástí speciální části jsou informace o pacientech, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V kapitole výsledky je výstupní kineziologický rozbor, hodnocení a případné efekty prováděné terapie. Diskuse a závěr stručně popisují, zda byly zvolené metody úspěšné. Jsou zde shrnuty změny stavu, které jsou srovnány se začátkem a koncem terapie.

The subject of this thesis is the theme of physiotherapy after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee. The thesis is focused on collection and gathering the pieces of knowledge from the available literature. These theoretical findings will be summarized in the general part of the thesis, which is intented on the anatomy of the knee joint´s biomechanics and kinematics. Then the student will describe the ligaments of the knee joint, especially anterior cruciate ligament and its function. This part of the thesis also includes a description of the lower extremity muscles, menisci and articular capsule. In the general part will also be included the etiology clinical signs, the diagnosis, the conservative as well as surgical treatment and postoperative complications. The thesis also includes methodology, which summarizes investigative methods and therapeutic procedures that have been in various therapies. There is also data collection and description of the workplace where has been done the special part. The special part consists of information about patients, the input kinesiology analysis, short and long term rehabilitation plan. In the chapter called results is placed the output kinesiology analysis, the evaluation and possible effects of the finished therapy. The discussion and conclusion briefly describe if the choosen methods were correct, there are also included changes in the patient´s condition, which are being compared with the beginning and the end of the therapy.
