Míra použití terapeutické hypotermie v PNP zdravotnickými záchranáři a její následná účinnost po KPR

Abstract

Obdahem bakalářské práce je stanovit četnost užití indukované hypometrie po KPR a které metody ochlazování pacienta jsou upřednostňovány v prostředí PNP na území České republiky. V teoretické části jsou stručně obsaženy informace o termoregulaci organismu, patofyziologickém působení neřízené hypotermie na pacienta a její první klinické využití v medicíne. Další část je zaměřena na indikace, kontraindikace a možné komplikace vzniklé při aplikaci různých metod řízené hypotermie. V praktické části jsou znázorněny kazuistiky, během nichž došlo k použití této metody a ke je popsán zvolený postup v terénu. Práce je doplněna o statistiky a údaje, v kterých krajských ZZS je používaná a v kolika případech došlo k její aplikaci.

The contents of this bachelor thesis is to determine the usage rate of therapeutic hypothermia following CPR and which cooling techniques are primary used in pre-hospital care in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains details about thermoregulation functions in human body as well as pathofysiological effects of uncontrolled hypothermia on the patient. Another topic will be implementation of hypothermia in nedicine since its first clinical application up to the modern age. The last topic of theoretical part is focused on indications, containdications and possible comlications caused by different techniques of induced hypothermia. The practical section presents case reports during which induced hypothermia was used and describes chosen pre-hospital care and emergency procedures. Also, this secrtion contains statistics about, in which regions the EMT used unduced hypothermia and the number of such cases-
