Střelná poranění v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou střelnýchporanění vpřednemocniční péči. Tento druh poranění je velmi specifický. Vcivilním sektoru zdravotnictví je možno se sním setkat, ať už vsouvislosti se sebevražednými úmysly nebo spácháním trestné činnosti. Vteoretické části se práce zaměřujena vysvětlení pojmů, které úzce souvisí se střelnými poraněními. Nejprve popisuje, jak na danou problematiku nahlíží balistika. Stručně rozděluje střelné zbraně a střelivo a následně vysvětluje pojmy, se kterými balistika vsouvislosti se střelnými poraněními pracuje. Malou odbočkou je kapitola o neletálních zbraních, kterézpůsobují specifický druh nejen střelných poranění. Dále se práce zabývá medicínským hlediskem na danou problematiku, a to především pohledem protokolu BATLS (BattlefieldAdvanced Trauma Life Support), jehož hlavním záměrem je právě péče o střelná poraněn í. Nejprve zmiňuje péči o střelná poranění obecně a následně rozebírá tato poranění a péči o ně podrobněji, vsouvislosti smístem na lidském těle, které střela poškodila. Vpraktické části zpracovává data získaná ze tří pracovišť, která se s ošetřením střelných poranění setkala a poskytla záznamy zvýjezdů. Jedná se o zdravotnickou záchrannou službu vBenešově aRakovníku. Práce zpracovává získané údaje o provedených úkonech v přednemocniční péči, kterou zdravotničtí pracovníci poskytovali. Výsledkem je zhodnocení efektivity této péče, porovnáním sinformacemi popsanými vteoretické části a vnávrzích guidelines. Návrhy guidelines přehledně popisují postup při ošetřování střelných poranění v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a představují ho, jako jednoduchý algoritmus

This bachelor work deals with the problem of gunshot wounds in pre-hospital care, because it is the specific kind of injury, which occurs more frequently in the civil sector of health care. This could be connected with both suicide intents and crime. In the theoretical part it is focused on explanation of the terms, whic h are closely related to gunshotwounds. At first, the problem is shown from the view of ballistics. Guns andammunition are defined and the explanation of the terms related to gunshot woundsfollows. There is also a small part, which focuses on non-lethalguns, which cause specific kind of gunshot wounds. Then the work deals with the medical view of the problem, especially the BATLS (Battlefield Advanced Trauma Life Support)protocol view, whose main intent is the care of gunshot wounds. At first the care of gunshot woundsis mentioned in general and then it is followed by a more specific view of these injuries and the care, related to the damaged part of a human body. In the practical part of the work the data are evaluated. These data were taken from three workplaces, which have dealt with gunshot woundsand which offered the records, namely medical emergency service in Benešov andRakovník. This bachelor work processes the data about the treatment of pre-hospital care, which was provided by medical service. The outcome of this bachelor work is the evaluation of effectiveness of the care, which was done by comparison of the information from the theoretical part and the suggestions guidelines. The suggestions guidelines describe the treat ment process of gunshotinjuries in pre-hospital emergency care and explain this treatment as a very simple algorithm
