Zvýšení efektivity zacházení se spotřebním zdravotnickým materiálem v oblastní nemocnici Kladno

Abstract

Vsoučasné době jsou výdaje na zdravotnické prostředky řazeny mezi troje nejvyšší výdaje ve zdravotnictví. Zdůvodu snižování nákladů a zvyšování kvality poskytované péče se velké množství zdravotnických zařízení rozhodlo pro akreditaci. Součástí podmínek pro splnění akreditace je standard Bezpečné zacházení s léčivými přípravky a zdravotnickými prostředky. Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit návrh na efektivnější zacházení se spotřebním zdravotnickým materiálem vOblastní nemocnici Kladno sohledem na zmiňovaný standard. Na základě analýzy současného stavu byla určena metoda pro řízení kvality procesů. Byl definován hlavní problém procesu, určeny jeho příčiny a navrženy řešení. Dále bylaurčenamísta, kde dochází kplýtvání a byl vytvořen návrh pro zlepšení. Vypracovaný návrh zlepšení je možné uplatnit při procesu reakreditace.

Currantly the costs on medical devices are rank among the three highest costs in the health service. The large amount of the health institutions decided to choose accreditation because of costs reduction and improving the quality of care afford. As part of conditions for the fulfillment of accreditation is "Safe handling of healing products and medical devices". The aim of my dissertation was to create a designe of efficient manipulation with consumable medical supplies. This study consider safe standard and was apply on Regional Hospital Kladno. Based on an analysis of the current situation of these hospital was determined method for quality control processes. The main problem of the process was defined, the causes were determined and the solution was designed. The next section focuses on the locations where the waste occur and demonstrate the designe of improvement which can be applied to the process of the reaccreditation.
