Fyzioterapeutické přístupy u whiplash injury

Abstract

Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o diagnóze whiplash injury a zpracování kazuistikyfyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta stouto diagnózou. Metoda:Vobecné části je popsáno, co je to vůbec whiplash injury, jak vznikáa jak se projevuje. Dále bude popsána anatomie a biomechanika krční páteře a budou popsány aktivní a pasivní rehabilitační metody. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta stouto diagnózou. Je popsán vstupní kineziologický rozbor, je navrhnut krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a je popsáno deset terapeutických jednotek, které pacient podstoupil. Na závěr je zhodnocena terapie pomocí výstupního kineziologického rozboru.

The aim of the thesis:The aim of thesis is a summary of theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis and treatment of whiplash injury and processing physiotherapy care for patient with this diagnosis. Method:In the introduction part there is explanation of whiplash injury, how it is formed and showed. In the following part of the work it is detailed described anatomy andbiomechanics of the cervical spine and it is also mentioned active and passive rehabilitation methods. In the practical part there is processed casuistry of physiotherapy care for patients with this diagnosis. Input kinesiology analysis is defined, it is suggested a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and it is demonstrated ten therapeutic exercises which the patient tested. In conclusion, the therapy was evaluated with using the output kinesiology analysis.
