Vliv sportovního lezení na skoliózu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem sportovního lezení na skoliózu. Zahrnuje sedmiměsíční práci sjednou klientkou, která se léčí sidiopatickou skoliózou apravidelně navštěvuje kurzy sportovního lezení. Vobecné části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z anatomie a kineziologie páteře. Dále je popsána skolióza, její rozdělení hodnocení a terapie se zaměřením na rehabilitaci akorzetoterapii. Poslední kapitola této části se zabývá sportovním a terapeutickým lezením apohybem při lezení. Metodická část se zabývá jednotlivými vyšetřovacími postupy a metodami použitými při tvorbě kineziologického rozboru a popisem lezecké stěny, na které kurzy probíhají. Zahrnuje též popis jednotlivých součástí lezeckého tréninku. Speciální část se snaží využít získané teoretické poznatky vpraxi. Obsahuje vstupní avýstupní kineziologický rozbor klientky, a jejich zhodnocení. Zabývá se též popisem tréninkového plánu na každý měsíc spolupráce a sedmi vybranými tréninkovými jednotkami. V závěru práce je porovnán vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor azhodnocen vliv sportovního lezení na skoliózu. Vdiskuzi je popsána možnost využití sportovního lezení jako doplňkové terapie při léčbě skolióz.

Thethesis examines the influence of sport climbing on scoliosis. It includes seven months of work with aclient who was treated for idiopathic scoliosis and regularly attends courses in sport climbing. The general part of the thesis summarizes related information about anatomy andkinesiologyofspine. It also describescoliosis, its distribution and evaluation oftherapy focusing on rehabilitation and corset therapy. The last chapter of this section discusses sports and therapeutic climbing and movement during climbing. The methodological part describesindividual assessmenttechniques and methods used in the creation of kinesiology analysis and the climbing wall on whichthecourses take place. It alsoincludes a description of each part of the climbing training. The specialpart of the thesisis trying to applythe acquired theoretical knowledge intopractice. It contains the input and output kinesiology analysis of the client, and their evaluation. Italso containsthe description of a training plan for each monthanddescription of selected seven training units. Theconclusioncontains comparison ofinput and output kinesiology analysis andevaluation of the influence of sport climbing on scoliosis. The discussion describes the possibility of using sports climbing as a supplementary therapy in the treatment ofscoliosis.
