Možnosti léčby a fyzioterapie u pacientů po zlomenině proximálního konce femuru

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou možnosti léčby a fyzioterapie u pacientů po zlomenině proximálního konce femuru. Tato práce je zpracována formou několika fyzioter apeutických kazuistik. Bakalářská práce je složena zněkolika částí. Obecná část je zaměřena na anatomický popis proximální části femuru, fyziologii a biomechaniku. Také je zde popsána kineziologie kyčelního kloubu. Dále je vobecné části uvedeno rozděleníjednotlivých typů zlomenin dle lokalizace s procentuální četností výskytu. V posledním bodu obecné části jsou uvedeny možnosti odlišných postupů léčby. Je zde zmíněna otázka psychosociální složky léčby a možných komplikací spojené se zlomeninou proximálního konce femuru. Metodologie obsahuje popis pracoviště, na kterém je práce vypracována. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které se objevují a jsou použity ve speciální části bakalářské práce. Do použitých vyšetřovacích metod patří např.: anamnéza, vyšetření stoje aspekcí, goniometrie, antropometrie, dynamika páteře, svalový test, zkrácené svaly, hybné stereotypy, vyšetření čití. Kvybraným terapeutickým metodám patří např.: kondiční cvičení, dechová gymnastika, posilování oslabených svalů, protahování svalů zkrácených, senzomotorická stimulace, cvičení soverballem. Speciální část je zaměřena na porovnání fyzioterapeutických metod u jednotlivých typů operační i konzervativní možnosti léčby. Toto srovnání je uvedeno u konkrétních pacientů v praxi. Po jednotlivých kineziologických rozborech byl pacientům sestaven rehabilitační plán, dle kterého probíhaly jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. V další části jsou popsány jednotlivé cvičební jednotky. Diskuze je věnována shrnutí dostupnýchinformací a porovnání všech teoretických a praktických zkušeností. Vzávěru jsou kriticky zhodnoceny metody léčby a následná rehabilitace, celkové hodnocení práce. Také jsou zde popsány cenné rady a informace, které byly získány během psaní bakalářské práce a porovnání výsledků se stanovenými cíli. Vpříloze jsou umístěny RTG snímky vybraných pacientů, příklady cvičebních jednotek a možnosti cviků pro posilování a cvičení soverballem.

The specialpart focuses oncomparingphysiotherapy techniquesin different types ofsurgical andconservativetreatment options. Thiscomparison is presentedon practical examples on individual patients. Aftereachkinesiologytrial, patients received arehabilitation planunder which individualtherapeutic units were conducted. The next sectiondescribes the individualexercise units. Discussionfocuses on summaryof available informationandcomparisonoftheoretical and practical experience. The conclusioncritically evaluatesmethods of treatment, subsequent rehabilitationandoverallevaluation. There is also valuableadvice and informationobtainedduring thewriting of the thesis, and comparison of the results with set targets.
