Problematika umístění koncových prvků Jednotného systému varování a vyrozumění

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou stávajícího umístění a umisťování koncových prvků Jednotného systému varování a vyrozumění. Popisuje stávající legislativu, princip fungování tohoto systému, jednotlivétypy koncových prvků, používané signály a verbální informacevČeské republice. Závěrečnáčást této práce poukazuje na problémy spojené se stávajícím umístěním a případným umisťováním koncových prvků. Byla také provedena analýza rizik pomocí kvantitativní metody. Na základě získaných dat, byla vypočítána procentuální šance možnosti vzniku konkrétního rizika a byla uvedena opatřenía doporučení, vedoucí komezenívznikutěchto rizik. Výsledkem práce bylo zodpovězení položených hypotéz.

The thesis analyzes the issue of the existing and new method of placement of the final elements of the System of warning and notification. It describesthe related legislation, the principle of functioning of the system, the individual types of final elements, as well as the signals and verbal information used in the Czech Republic. The final part of this thesis introduce the problems related to the existing placement and a possible new system of placement of the final elements. Furthhermore, the author performed a risk analysis using a quantitative method. Based on the data acquired, the author calculated the percentage of the posibility of occurrence ofa specific risk and stated the measures and recommendations which might lead to the limitation of occurrence of the individual risks. The outcome of the thesis brings answers to the original hypotheses.
