Laserová léčba diabetické retinopatie

Abstract

Tato studie se zabývá problematikou diabetické retinopatie a jejíléčbou. Vkapitolách "Lasery" je obsažena historie, stručný popis konstrukce laseru a jeho princip . Důležitou kapitolou je ?Diabetes mellitus?, která zahrnuje charakteristiku onemocnění , její léčbu a komplikace spojené stímto onemocněním. Vkapitole "Diabetická retinopatie" je popis nemoci, cévní změny na sítnici a klasifikace této nemoci. Dále obsahuje vyšetřovací metody a stručnou anatomii sítnice. Vkapitole "Léčba diabetické retinopatie" jsou zahrnuty kontrolované studie, typy laserů používané pro tuto léčbu, popis principu léčby a možné komplikace laserové fotokoagulace sítnice. Na závěr je popsán výzkum, vekterém se porovnávají různé fotokoagulační typy laserů používaných při léčbě diabetické retinopat ie.

The present study concerns the question of diabetic retinopathy and its treatment. In the chapter "Lasers", a history of the device is provided, along with a brief description of its construction and principle. A crucial chapter is "Diabetes mellitus", which contains the characteristics of the disease, its treatment and complications associated with its presence. The chapter "DiabeticRetinopathy" gives a description of this medical condition, the capillary changes in the retina, and classifications of this disease. In addition, it discusses examination methods and gives a brief anatomical overview of the retina itself. In the chapter "Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy", controlled studies are discussed, along with the types of lasers used for treatment, a description of the principle of treatment and possible complications of laser photocoagulation in the retina. As a conclusion, a description is provided of research in which comparison is made between various photocoagulation types of lasers used in treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
