Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po zlomenině patní kosti

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je získání a sběr dat určených ke zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče pacienta s diagnózou zlomeniny patní kosti, navržení vhodné terapie, vedení samotné terapie a zhodnocení výsledků léčby. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapeutických postupů po zlomenině patní kosti. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze dvou kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje poznatky o anatomii dané oblasti, o patní kosti z pohledu chirurgického, kde pojednává o charakteristice zlomeniny patní kosti, etiologii, klasifikaci zlomenin, konzervativní i chirurgické terapii, a s tím spojené hojení kosti a následná rizika či možné komplikace hojení. Součástí druhé kapitoly je stručný popis vyšetřovacích a fyzioterapeutických metod a způsoby sběru dat. Třetí kapitola obsahuje podrobnou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče od anamnézy a vstupního vyšetření po krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, terapeutické jednotky a průběh terapie. Součástí práce je zpracování výstupního kineziologického rozboru, vyhodnocení úspěšnosti zvolené terapie a její souhrn, včetně diskuze. V průběhu celého šetření byl kladen důraz na komplexnost a individuální přístup k pacientovi.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to collect the data necessary for an elaboration of a case report of physiotherapy care for a patient diagnosed with a fracture of calcaneus, to design an appropriate treatment and its management, and to evaluate the treatment outcomes. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of physiotherapy procedures following calcaneal fracture. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first chapter contains information about calcaneus from anatomical and surgical perspective and deals with the characteristics of fractures of calcaneus, aetiology, classification of fractures, conservative and surgical therapy and related bone healing and subsequent risks or potential complications of healing. The second chapter comprises a brief description of the examination and physiotherapy techniques and methods of data collection. The third chapter contains a detailed case report of physiotherapy care including the patient's medical history, baseline physical examination, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan, therapeutic units and the course of treatment. The thesis provides an elaboration of the final kinesiological analysis, evaluation of the efficacy of the chosen treatment and its summary, and discussion. Throughout the whole thesis, an emphasis was placed on complexity and individual approach to the patient.
