Fyzioterapie jako součást komplexní péče o pacienta sportovce v odvětví lukostřelby s míšní lézí Th11

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Jsou stanoveny tři cíle a k nim příslušné hypotézy, jejichž potvrzením či vyvrácením se v této práci zabývám. V obecné části je zpracována česká a zahraniční literatura. V první části teorie je popsána anatomie a fyziologii míchy, dále se zabývám etiologií a patogenezí míšních poranění, jejich důsledky a komplikacemi. Druhá část obecné teorie je věnována lukostřelbě, konkrétně její historii, základnímu popisu lukostřelecké techniky, postoji a vybavení. Metodologie obsahuje sběr dat o pacientovi, o místě a délce trvání terapie. Dále jsou zde uvedeny použité pomůcky, vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody. Speciální část je tvořena kazuistikou fyzioterapeutické péče. Součástí je anamnéza pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, stanovení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu a soupis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Výsledky terapie jsou zaznamenány ve výstupním kineziologickém rozboru. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení efektu terapie a korekcí lukostřelecké techniky. Je zde také kriticky posouzeno, zda se potvrdily předem stanovené hypotézy.

The bachelor paper is elaborated in the form of a case study. Three goals are set, together with appropriate hypotheses, disproval or confirmation of which is this paper devoted to. The general part elaborates on the Czech and foreign literature. The first part of the theoretical section describes anatomy and physiology of a spinal cord, furthermore it depicts the etiology and pathogenesis of spinal injuries, their consequences and complications. The second part of the general theory is devoted to the archery, particularly to its history, basic description of technique, stance, and equipment. The methodology part contains the patient´s data collection, place and duration of the therapy. It also includes the description of the aids used, examination and therapeutic methods. The specialised part is created by a case study of the physiotherapy care. This part includes the patient´s anamnesis, initial kinesiology assessment, proposal of a short- and long-term plan and a list of individual therapeutic sets. The results of the therapy are recorded in the final kinesiology assessment. The conclusion of the paper contains an evaluation of the effect of the therapy and correction of archery technique. A critical assessment, whether the predetermined hypotheses have been confirmed, is also included in the conclusion.
