Diagnostika vad na dolní končetině a terapie metodou senzomotorické stimulace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku získaných vad na dolní končetině a terapii metodou senzomotorické stimulace. Tato problematika je poslední dobou stále častější téma především v prevenci u malých dětí. Úkolem práce je navržení optimální fyzioterapeutické jednotky pro konkrétní získanou vadu na dolní končetině. Navržená terapie se opírá o anamnézu, vstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Práce je strukturovaná do několika kapitol. Úvodní část seznamuje s vybranou problematikou, následně je v práci stanovený cíl. Obecná část zahrnuje funkční anatomii nohy a kineziologii dolních končetin spolu se statickou a dynamickou funkcí nohy. V závěru obecné části jsou popsané nejčastější získané vady na dolních končetinách. Metodologie práce obsahuje výčet specifických vyšetřovacích metod zvolených a aplikovaných při individuální fyzioterapii. Dále je v této části popsána metoda senzomotorické stimulace, jakožto hlavní terapie v léčbě získaných vad na dolní končetině. Speciální část je věnována jednotlivým kazuistikám dvou pacientů, kteří mají problém v oblasti nohy. Kromě anamnézy, vstupního kineziologického rozboru, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu jsou uvedeny demonstrace individuálních terapeutických jednotek, cíleně navržených pro každého pacienta. Na závěr speciální části je výstupní kineziologický rozbor obou pacientů a je vyhodnocen efekt terapie. Následuje kapitola diskuze, která je zaměřena na otázku prevence a minimalizace vzniku získaných vad na dolní končetině. Jedná se především o vhodnost výběru obuvi, otázka používání ortéz při sportování a tejpování. V závěru práce je stručný souhrn dosažených výsledků a poznatků v dané problematice.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of acquired defects of the lower limb and sensorimotor stimulation therapy. Recently, this issue has become an increasingly common topic especially in prevention in young children. The aim of this thesis is to design an optimal physiotherapy unit for a specific acquired defect in the lower limb. Proposed therapy relies on medical history and the baseline kinesiological analysis. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The first part introduces the selected issues and presents the aim of the thesis. The general part includes the functional anatomy of the foot and lower extremity kinesiology along with the static and dynamic function of the foot. At the end of the general section, the most common acquired defects of the lower extremities are described. The methodology contains a list of specific examination procedures selected and applied in individual physiotherapy. Furthermore, this section describes the method of sensorimotor stimulation as the main therapeutic modality in the treatment of acquired defects in the lower limb. The special section deals with individual case reports of two patients who have an involvement of the foot. In addition to medical history, baseline kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan, this section includes a demonstration of individual therapeutic units specifically designed for each patient. At the end of the special section, the final kinesiological analysis of both patients and an evaluation of the therapeutic effect are provided. The special section is followed by a discussion, which focuses on the issue of prevention and minimization of acquired defects of the lower limb: mainly the suitability of the selected shoe, the issue of the use of orthoses in sports, and taping. The final part of the thesis provides a brief summary of the results achieved and the knowledge in the particular field
