Prevence nozokomiálních nákaz v intenzivní péči

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika prevence nozokomiálních infekcív intenzivní péči. V obecné části bakalářské práce se zabývám charakteristikou problémunozokomiálních nákaz, které ohrožují pacienty umístěné na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Představím nejčastější původce nozokomiálních infekcí, jejich zdroje a způsob přenosu na pacienta. Dále se budu věnovat preventivním postupům, jejichž dodržování snižuje výskyt nozokomiálních infekcí na oddělení. Speciální část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, jehož obsah je zaměřený na nelékařský zdravotnický personál na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Dotazníky jsem v papírové podobě zanesl na osm oddělení, tří pražských nemocnic - Fakultní nemocnice Motol, Ústav pro péči o matku a dítě a Thomayerova nemocnice. Dotazník obsahuje názory respondentů, kteří odpovídali na vědomostní část a část zaměřenou na dodržování preventivních opatření. Výsledky jsem zpracoval v programu Microsoft Excel a pro jejich prezentování jsem zvolil grafickou podobu s legendou umístěnou v tabulkách

This study focuses on the issue of prevention of Nosocomial infections in the intensive care unit. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with characterization of Nosocomial infections which endangers patients placed at the intensive care units. The core of my thesis is the originator of Nosocomial infections, the source and the way of transmission on patients. Furthermore, I focus on preventive procedure which lower the incidence of Nosocomial infections in hospital departments. The practical part of this study is focused upon a questionnaire that was filt out by non-medical staff of the intensive care units. This questionnaires were distributed at eight departments of three Prague hospitals: University Hospital Motol, Institute for the Care of Mother and Child Hospital and Thomayer Hospital. This questionnaire consists of participants reactions responding to an epistemic part and another part focused on following the preventive procedures. The answers were assembled in a graph form which was put together in Microsoft Excel, adding the key in the table.
