Fyzioterapie v léčbě diabetes mellitus 1. typu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování problematiky fyzioterapie vléčbě diabetes mellitus I. typu. Práce obsahuje část obecnou a speciální. Vobecné části jsou zmíněny základní anatomické a fyziologické poznatky o tomto onemocnění, dále se také čtenář seznámí s infor-macemi o imunopatogenezi, epidemiologii, problematice komplikací a možnostech fyziotera-peutické intervence u osob stouto chorobou. Začátek speciální části této práce je věnován metodologii, ve které jsou popsány jednotlivé vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsem během vypracování této práce použila. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky jed- noho pacienta, na které je ukázán správný postup při jeho rehabilitaci. Jsou zde obsaženy zá- kladní informace o pacientovi, data získaná při vstupním kineziologickém vyšetření na zá- kladě něhož je navržen krátkodobý a také dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Popsán je také prů- běh zvolené terapie a jako příklad jsou popsány tři terapeutické jednotky. Závěr speciální části tvoří výstupní kineziologický rozbor sporovnáním hodnot, které byly získány před započetím terapie. Toto porovnání slouží jako výchozí bod pro diskuzi, ve které je zhodnocen především průběh terapie a pacientčin přístup jak ke cvičení, tak kdiabetu. Dále je vdiskuzi obsaženo téma vlivu této choroby na rodinné zázemí. Nejlepších výsledků jsme dosáhli pomocí vhodně zvolené symptomatologické terapie a cvičením dětské jógy. Vzávěru jsou popsány splněné cíle práce a výsledky pacienta.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the issue of physiotherapy in relation to diabetes mellitus type I treatment. The thesis is divided into the general and special part. The general part describes the basic anatomical and physiological findings relevant to this disease and provides the reader with information on immunopathogenesis, epidemiology, theissue of complications and the options available with respect to physiotherapeutic inter- ventions in treatment of persons with this disease. The beginning of the special part elaborates onthemethodology describing individual examination and therapeutic procedures employed for the preparation of the thesis. The special part has a form of a case report on a patient through which the correct procedure for the patient's rehabilitation is demonstrated. Here all basic in- formation on the patient is provided, including data acquired from the baseline kinesiological examination on the basis of which a short-term as well as long-term rehabilitation plan is drafted. In addition, the course of the selected therapy is described together with an example specifying three therapeutic units. The special part is concluded with the final kinesiological analysis compared to values acquired prior to the beginning of the therapy. This comparison is used as a reference point for a discussion assessing in particular the course of the therapy andthe patient's attitude to both physical exercises, and diabetes. In addition, the discussion covers thetopic of the influence of this disease on family background. The best results were achieved by an appropriately chosen symptomatological therapy and children's yoga exercises. In conclusion, the met goals of the thesis and the patient's achievements are d escribed.
