Rehabilitace u dětského pacienta se svalovou myopatií

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací u dětského pacienta se svalovou myopatií. Hlavním cílem této práce je zpracování kazuistiky dětského pacienta s diagnózou vrozené svalové myopatie, prokázat mé schopnosti v oblasti vyšetření pacienta, navrhnout vhodnou terapii, samostatně vést terapii a zhodnotit její efekt. Dalším cílem je prostudovat a zpracovat teoretické poznatky o problematice svalových onemocnění. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou na základě literární rešerše zpracovány poznatky o svalové myopatii. Jsou zde uvedeny anatomické a fyziologické aspekty kosterního svalu. Dále je zde uvedena etiologie, klasifikace, klinický obraz a diagnostická vyšetření svalových onemocnění. Tato kapitola také obsahuje základy rehabilitační péče u těchto diagnóz. Součástí bakalářské práce je i kapitola zabývající se metodologií práce. V této části jsou blíže popsány vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, které byly použity pro získání vstupního i výstupního kineziologického rozboru, k sestavení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a k sestavení rehabilitačních jednotek. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistiky dětského pacienta s vrozenou svalovou myopatií a jeho rehabilitační péčí. Součástí je kompletní anamnéza, výpis ze zdravotnické dokumentace a vstupní a výstupní vyšetření. Je zde uveden krátkodobý rehabilitační plán s popisem jednotlivých rehabilitačních jednotek a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, který je nezbytný z důvodu progrese svalových onemocnění a důležitosti celoživotní rehabilitace. This bachelor's thesis deals with physiotherapy for a child patient with muscular myopathy. The primary objective of this thesis is to compile a case study of a child patient diagnosed with congenital muscular myopathy, demonstrate my abilities in patient examination, propose a suitable treatment and independently perform this treatment and analyse its effects. A further objective is to study and compile theoretical findings on the issue of muscular diseases. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis contains findings on muscular myopathy based on literary research. This section describes anatomical and physiological aspects of the skeletal muscle. It further describes the aetiology, classification, clinical picture and diagnostic examinations of muscular diseases. This chapter also describes the basics of physiotherapy for these diagnoses. The bachelor's thesis also includes a chapter concerning the methodology of the thesis. This part contains a more detailed description of examination methods and therapeutic procedures used for an input and output kinesiological analysis, the drawing-up of a short- and long-term schedule for physiotherapy and the drawing up of physiotherapy sessions. The practical part takes the form of a case study of a child patient with congenital muscular myopathy and their physiotherapy. This part contains a complete case history, extract from healthcare documentation and preliminary and final examinations. A short-term physiotherapy schedule is given, including a description of individual physiotherapy sessions and a long-term physiotherapy schedule, which is essential due to the progression of muscular diseases and the importance of lifelong physiotherapy.
