Abstract

rogresivní sport jakým je lední hokej, patří vdnešní době knejatraktivnějším sportům. Stal se jednou znejsledovanějších her a to díky jeho rychlosti a určité dravosti. Tímto stylem hry a kvůli její náročnosti, ale dochází kmnoha úrazům. Vtéto práci snázvem: Nejčastější úrazy vledním hokeji se zaměřením na terapii kolenního kloubu bych vás ráda seznámila právě súrazy vznikajícími při této skvělé hře. Není pochyb o dobré úrovni rehabilitační péče u nás, ale ke stanovení účinné terapie a rehabilitace (dále jen RHB) u těchto úrazů je třeba znát příčinu a přesný mechanismus vzniku a nejen to. Stěmito informacemi vás seznámím vteoretické části práce. Metodologie se bude zabývat vyšetřovacími postupy pro získání dokonalého vstupního vyšetření pro stanovení dále popsaných léčebných metod. Stanovíme si hypotézy pro speciální část, ve které vyšetříme tři hráče sporaněním vazů kolenního kloubu a provedeme u všech stejnouterapii vněkolika rehabilitačních jednotkách. Na závěr provedeme výstupní vyšetření a vyhodnotíme.

Progressive sports like hockey are nowadays the most attractive ones. Hockey has become one of the most popular games thanks to its speed and fierceness. But due to its great physical demands the injuries are very common. In this thesis titled "The most common ice hockey injuries" with focus on the knee-joint therapyI would like to inform youabout the injuries caused by this great game. Our good level of rehabilitation care can't be questioned, but to establish the efficient therapy and rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as RHB) of theseinjuries it is necessary to know the cause and the mechanism of the injury origin, and not just that. I am going to inform you about those in the theoretical part of the thesis. The methodology deals with the investigation process to get a perfect initialexamination for establishing the treatment methods described hereinafter. We establish hypotheses for the special part where we examine three players with knee-joint ligament injuries and apply the same therapy to each of them in several rehab units. In conclusion we carry out the final examination and evaluate the results.
