Rozdíly při vyšetření oční dominance

Abstract

Vtéto práci se budeme zabývat hlavněoční dominancía jejím vyšetřením, dále takédominancí párových orgánů. Budeme se věnovat třem typům oční dominance, a to senzorické, sighting a motorické. Každou vyšetřujeme určitými způsoby. My budeme používat tyto testy hole-in-card, zamlžení plusovou čočkou, zarovnání prst-předmět, pomocí blízkého bodu konvergence a Worthova světla. Mezi těmito testy budeme hledat rozdíly ve v ýsledcích. Nebudeme používat přístroje, proto, aby všechny testy bylyproveditelné i vběžné vyšetřovací místnosti, bez nutnosti pořizování další techniky. Důležitost určení preference očí je při předoperačním vyšetření (katarakty), u obvyklého vyšetření refrakce a následné aplikaci kontaktních čoček (sférocylindrické i tzv. monovision) či zhotovení brýlí. Po naměření jsme zjistili, že ve většině případů jsme schopni určit celkovou dominanci. Ověřili jsme, že mezi lateralitou očí a ostatními párovými orgány není souvislost.

The importance determine the ocular preferenceis whenpreoperative examination(cataracts), with the ordinaryexamination of refractionand the followapplication of contact lenses(sphera-cylindrical, monovision) or thefabricationof glasses. We found out after the measure, that we are able to identify total dominance in majority cases. We check,that between ocular laterality andthe laterality otherpairedorgans isn?n relationship.
