Indukovaný rohovkový astigmatismus po operaci katarakty

Abstract

V teoretické části práce je objasněna problematika rohovkového astigmatismu a objektivní způsoby jeho stanovení v klinické praxi. Dále jsou popsány principy technik biometrického vyšetření. Stěžejní částí teoretické práce je komplexní obecný souhrn principů klasické (manuální) i femtosekundovým laserem asistované chirurgie katarakt y, včetně souboru rozdílných parametrů incize. Praktická část je zaměřena nastudii indukovaného rohovkového astigmatismu po odstranění katarakty. Soubor pacientů je rozdělen na dvě skupiny dle techniky provedení operace. První skupinu tvoří pacienti operovaní manuální fakoemulzifikací. Druhá skupina zahrnuje pacienty, kteří podstoupili operaci katarakty za asistence femtosekundového laseru. Skupiny jsou porovnány s ohledem na míru indukovaného astigmatismuvypočteného vektorovou i polární analýzou. Jsou popsány konkrétní metodiky studie. Dále je početněprokázána stanovená hypotéza a formulován závěr.

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis clarifies the issue of corneal astigmatism and objective methods for its diagnosis in clinical practice. The methods of Biometry examination are described further. The main theoretical part of this thesis frames the complex summary of general principles of classical (manual) cataract surgery and femtosecond laser - assisted cataract surgery, including a set of different parameters incision. The practical part is focused on studying induced corneal astigmatism after cataract surgery. Patients are divided into two groups, according to different undertaken technique of the operation. In the first group, there are patients, who were operated with manual technique of cataract surgery. In the second group are patients, who were operated with femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery. Both groups are compared, taking into consideration the degree of corneal induced astigmatism calculated by vector and polar analysis. The specific methods of the study are described. Subsequently, the hypothesis is statistically proved and the conclusion is formulated.
