Prevence recidiv luxací ramenního kloubu u parašutistů fyzioterapeutickou intervencí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce jezaměřená na fyzioterapeutickouintervenci u pacientů srecidivující luxací, kteří provádějí parašutismus. Práce navrhujevhodné kombinace fyzioterapeutickýchpostupů, které umožní pacientovi se vco nejkratší době vrátit ke sportovní činnosti parašutismus a které působí preventivněproti recidivám luxací. Bakalářská prácemá tři hlavní části a to obecnou, metodologickou apraktickou. Vobecné části jsou zpracovány teoretické podklady kproblematice luxace ramenního kloubu, možnosti konzervativní terapie ioperačního řešení. Vmetodologii jsou popsány jednotlivévyšetřovací a terapeutické postupysnáslednou ucelenou rehabilitací, která byla využitaběhem spolupráce spacienty. Speciální část se zabývá fyzioterapeutickou péčí o konkrétnípacienty. Výsledkemmé práce je shrnutí poznatků onejčastějších komplikacích parašutismu.

Bachelor thesis is focused on physiotherapy intervention of patients with recurrent luxation who perform parachuting. Thesissuggestssuitable combination of physiotherapy procedures, which allow the patient to return to parachuting in the shortest possibl e timeand which has a preventive effect on recurrent dislocation. Bachelor thesis consists of three main sections ?the general part, methodological part and practical part. Theoretical materials to the problem of luxation of shoulder joint and possibilities of conservative therapy surgical solution are processed in the general part. The methodology part describes particular investigate and therapeutic procedures followed by comprehensive rehabilitation, which was used during the cooperation with patients. The special part is focused on physiotherapy care of specific patients. The result of my thesis is to summarize theknowledge about most often complications of parachuting.
