Fyzioterapeutická péče po transtibiální amputaci

Abstract

Cíle: Cílem této práce je podat ucelené informace o problematice amputací se zřetelem na amputaci transtibiální a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta stoutodiagnózou. Metody:Obecná část práce obsahuje informace o historii, incidenci, etiologii a indikacíchkamputaci. Jsou zde i poznatky o operačních technikách a komplikacích. Poznatky zprotetiky jsou zaměřené na historii, rozdělení a stavbu protéz. Tato část práce také obsahuje komplexní rehabilitační péči utéto diagnózy včetněergoterapie a psychologie. Vmetodologii práce je popsán sběr dat, vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly využité ve speciální části. Speciální část je věnována fyzioterapeutické péči u pacienta stranstibiálníamputací. Součástí je anamnéza, výpis ze zdravotní dokumentace, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý i dlouhodobý plán, terapeutické jednotky a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Vzávěru práce je porovnání zjištěných dat a zhodnocení efektu terapie.

Objectives: The objective of thispaper is to providecomprehensiveinformation about the problems of amputation with regard to transtibial amputation and processing of casehistoryof patientswith this diagnosis. Methods: The generalpartof the paperincludesinformationabout the history, incidence, etiologyandindicationsofamputation. There arealso informationaboutsurgerytechniques andpossible complications. The part dealing withprosthetics is focused onthe history, divisionand structureofprostheses. This partalsoincludes acomprehensive rehabilitation carewithin thisdiagnosis, includingoccupational therapyandpsychology. In themetodology part there is a description ofdata collection, diagnostic and therapeuticmethods usedin the special part. The specialpart is aimed atphysiotherapycare for patients withtranstibial amputation. Itincludesmedical history, listingofmedical documentation, entry musculoskeletal assessment, short-term andlong-term plan, therapeutic unitsand outputmusculoskeletal assessment. Thefinal part includesa comparisonof the data andan evaluation of therapy effect.
