Fyzioterapie u konzervativní a operační léčby artrózy kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma ?Fyzioterapie u konzervativní a operační léčby artrózy kyčelního kloubu?obsahuje celkem tři části: teoretickou část, metodologii práce aspeciální část. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomii kyčelního kloubu, kinematiku a ki netiku kyčelního kloubu. Teoretickáčást je zaměřenana artrózukyčelníhokloubu, její charakteristiku, epidemiologii, etiopatogenezi, diagnostiku, klinický obraz a léčbu. Vmetodologii práce jsou rozebrány jednotlivé vyšetřovací metody, které byly použity na zpracování vstupního a výstupníhokineziologického rozboru. Dále jsou vtéto části popsány metody, které byly u pacientů použity během jednotlivých terapií. Speciální část je věnovánakazuistikámdvou pacientů. U každého znich je uvedena anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, navržený krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, terapeutické jednotky a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Vzávěruje shrnut efekt terapií, které byly aplikovány u pacientů na základě kineziologického rozboru. Dále je zde srovnání jejich počátečního avýstupního stavu avzájemné srovnáníefektivnosti terapie. Poslední částí práce je diskuze azávěr.

The bachelor thesis on Physiotherapy of Conservative and Operative Treatment for Hip Joint Arthrosisconsists of three parts: a theoretical part, methodology andapracticalpart. The theoretical part includes anatomy of hip joint, kinematics and kinetics of hip joint. This part focuses on arthrosis of hip joint, its characteristics, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, diagnostics, symptomatology and treatment. The methodological part describes particular kinds of physical examination which were used for processing the input and output of kinesiological analysis. Furthermore the methods which were used with patients during particular therapies are described in this part. The practicalpart deals with casuistic of two patients. Both cases contain their anamneses, input of kinesiological analyses, suggested short term and long term plans, therapy units and output of kinesiological analyses. The conclusion sums up the effect of therapies which were applied to patients onthe basis of the kinesiological analyses. Furthermore this part contains comparison ofinput and output of condition of the two patients as well as the comparison oftheeffectiveness of therapy. The last parts of the bachelor thesis are discussion andconclusion.
