Rehabilitace žen po porodu císařským řezem a v šestinedělí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem fyzioterapie na organismus žen poporodu císařským řezem vobdobí šestinedělí. Vobecné části je popsána anatomie ženského reprodukčního systému a změny vpohybovém systému způsobené graviditou. Následně se pojednává o císařském řezu, technice a provedení, indikacích a možných komplikacích po zákroku. Dále jerozebrána problematika v období šestinedělí. Na závěr obecné části jsou obsaženy zásady fyzioterapie po císařském řezu a všestinedělí. Vmetodologické části jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody apostupy, které byly použity ve speciální části. Speciální část je zpracovánaformou kazuistiky dvou klientek vobdobí šestinedělí po porodu císařským řezem. Vkazuistice jsou uvedeny vstupní data klientek, anamnézy a vstupní kineziologické rozbory. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou sestaveny krátkodobé i dlouhodobé rehabilitačníplány. Součástí této části práce je popis a zhodnocení jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek obou klientek, dále také výstupní kineziologické rozbory. Vzávěru jsou porovnány výsledky vstupních a výstupních vyšetření, zhodnocení efektu zvolené terapie. Následuje diskuze o daném tématu, kde jsou porovnávány získané informace zodborných literárních zdrojů a praktické poznatky ze speciální části. Přílohou práce je edukační materiál pro laickou veřejnost obsahující základní cviky a rady pro ženy vobdobí šestinedělí.

This bachelor thesis deals with the impact ofphysiotherapy on the health ofwomen after caesarean delivery in the postpartum period. In the general part the anatomy of women's reproductive organs and changes inthe motoric system caused by gravidity are described. The subsequent chapter isdedicated to techniques, performance, indications and possible complications ofcaesarian section. The last chapter deals with the issue of postpartum. It comprises the principles of physiotherapy after caesarean section and in the postpartum period. In the methodology part a description of examinational and therapeutic methods used in the special part is given. The special part is written up through case reports of two clients inthepostpartum period after caesarean delivery. In the case reports the entry data, anamneses and entry kinesiological analyses are given. Short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans based on the observed results are made up. In this part of the thesis particulardescriptionsand evaluationsof boththeclients ?therapeutic unit and also output kinesiological analysis are included. In the conclusion part the results of entry and output examinations are compared and the effect of the chosen therapy is evaluated. In the followingdiscussion acomparison of data gained from the general part with findings acquired in th e special part takes place. Theappendix comprises an educational material forthegeneral public with basic exercises andsomeadvicefor women in the postpartum period.
