Analýza aplikovatelnosti průřezových a odvětvových kritérií k určení prvku kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

Cílem této práce je shrnout informace a zhodnotit aplikovatelnost průřezových aodvětvových kritérií kurčení prvku kritické infrastruktury. Teoretická část se zabývá tím, co vlastně kritická infrastruktura je, na jaké sektory se rozděluje, jakou má historii a její současný i očekávaný vývoj. Jsou zde uvedeny legislativní dokumenty, z nichž tato problematika vychází a i další nepřímo podporující legislativa. Hlavní úsek teoretické části tvoří charakteristika jednotlivých odvětví kritické infrastruktury. Praktickou částí je hodnocení aplikovatelnosti vybraných průřezových a odvětvových kritérií pomocí statistických údajů. U některých kritérií je vytvořena i analýza SWOT.

The aim of this work is to summarise information and assess the applicability of cross-sector and sector criteria to identify critical infrastructure element. The theoretical part deals with the category of critical infrastructure, its division, history and contemporaneity. It furthermore depicts its expected development. The work contains legal documents from which this issue stems, and also other indirectly supportive legislature. The main section ofthe theoretical part comprises of the characteristics of individual branches of critical infrastructure. The practical part encompasses the assessment of the applicability ofselected cross-sector and sector criteria through the statistic data. SWOT analysis is created with some of the criteria.
