Výuka první pomoci na druhém stupni základní školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce rozebírá problematiku výuky první pomoci na druhém stupni základní školy. Cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou žáci druhého stupně základní školy poučeni o základech první pomoci. Praktická část bakalářské práce se bude zabývat zraněními, se kterými se děti mohou setkat v běžném životě a v různých situacích - doma, venku, v lese nebo při sportu. Dále zjišťuje kompetence žáků v oblasti první pomoci diabetikům, popřípadě jak těmto pacientům pomoci při komplikacích souvisejících s jejich onemocněním. V bakalářské práci jsou stanoveny dvě hypotézy. První, že žáci deváté třídy zvládají lépe základy první pomoci než žáci šesté třídy. Pro ověření hypotézy byli žáci šestých a devátých tříd poprvé testováni ze základů první pomoci. Po vyhodnocení vytvořeného nestandardizovaného testu A byla sestavena jednoduchá příručka první pomoci, která je součástí bakalářské práce. V příručce byly nakresleny a popsány nejčastější typy poranění, se kterými se děti mohou setkat. Zvláštní důraz byl kladen na seznámení žáků s automatizovaným externím defibrilátorem, který je v dnešní době přístupný na mnoha veřejných místech. Příručka byla žákům následně teoreticky i prakticky představena. Druhá hypotéza zjišťuje, zda po projití příručky první pomoci a praktickém nácviku získají žáci lepší skóre v testu B ze základů první pomoci než před testem A. Zadání obou testů a praktického nácviku první pomoci se zúčastnilo 60 žáků šesté třídy a 60 žáků deváté třídy. První hypotéza je stanovena na základě detailního rozboru každé otázky, na kterou žáci odpovídali. Otázek je celkově dvanáct a každá se zaměřuje na jinou oblast první pomoci. V závěrečné tabulce se všemi správnými odpověďmi žáků šestých i devátých tříd můžeme odvodit, že žáci devátých tříd mají větší znalosti v oblasti první pomoci než žáci šesté třídy. První hypotéza se tedy potvrdila. Druhá hypotéza byla zkoumána na zadaném testu B po absolvování praktického nácviku první pomoci a projití příručky první pomoci. Druhá hypotéza byla také potvrzena na základě vyhodnocení testu B, který obsahoval čtrnáct otázek.

the issues related to teaching of first aid at middle school will be discussed in this Bachelor thesis. The aim of this work is to find out into which extend the students of middle school are aware and acknowledged of the basics of first aid. The practical part of the Bachelor thesis focuses on injuries which the students may encounter in everyday life in various situations accurig at home, outdoors, in the forest or while plaing sports. Furthermore, it examinnes the competencies of students regaring the application of first aid to people suffering from diabetes, consequently, how these patients may be treated in respect to their illness. There are two hypotethis set in this Bachelor thesis. First, students of year 9 are theoretically and practically more aware of the basics of first aid than students of year 6. Students of years 6 and 9 were tested in the basics of first aid in order to validate the hypothesis. Once the non-standardized test A was evaluated, the elementary brochure of first aid was compiled. This brochure has become a part of this Bachor thesis. There are scatches and descriptions of the most common injuries which the students may encounter. Special focus was payed to the students getting known an automated external defibrillator accessible at many public areas. The brochure was presented to students, both theoretically and practically. The second hypothesis validates whereas the students who are taught the basics of first aid score higher in test B compared to their results in test A. Sixty students of year 6 and sixty students of year 9 have taken part in both tests and practical training of first aid. The first hypothesis is set based on the detailed scrutiny of each qeustion answered by students. There are twelve questions out of which each focuses on different aspect of first aid in the test. Having examined all the correct answers of the students of year 6 and 9 listed in the final roster we may conclude that students of year 9 are more knowleadgeble in first aid than students of year 6. Therefore, the first hypothesis has been validated. The B test helped to validate the second hypothesis. The outcome of test B containing fourteen questions has proved that students who were taught the basics of first aid and practiced the practical skills of first aid scored higher in test B than in test A.
