Využití fyzioterapie u Downova syndromu v předškolním věku

Abstract

Cíl práce:Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta vpředškolním věku sdiagnózou Downův syndrom, ověřit vlastní schopnosti voblasti vyšetření pacienta, navrhnout vhodnou terapii, samostatně ji vést a následně zhodnotit její efekt. Dalším cílem jeprostudování a zpracování teoretických poznatků o problematice Downova syndromu. Metoda:První (obecná) část mé bakalářské práce obsahuje poznatky o Downově syndromu (DS), jeho etiologii aklinických příznacích. Dále jerozpracován vliv této chromozomální vady na psychomotorický vývoj, včetně ovlivnění života jedince do budoucna. Druhá (speciální) část je zpracována formou kazuistiky u konkrétního dětského pacienta suvedenou diagnózou. Porovnáním vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, pomocí kterého jsme došli kvýsledkům, byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Součástí speciální části je i popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Tato část vychází zpoznatků získaných vDětském rehabilitačním stacionáři "Zvonek" běhemmé vlastní terapeutické práce spacientem vobdobí od 19. 1. 2015 do 22. 4. 2015. Samostatnou část tvoří kapitola metodologie práce.

The aim of the thesis: The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to elaborate a case history of a preschool patient with the Down syndrome diagnosis, to verify author's own abilities regarding the examination of a patient, to suggest a suitable therapy, to lead it independently and eventually evaluate its effect. Another aim is to study and process theoretical findings about the Down syndrome problems. Method:The first (general) part of this Bachelor thesis contains findings about the Downsyndrome (DS), its etiology and clinical symptoms. Moreover, the impact of this chromosomal defect on the psychomotor development, including the future influence on the life of the individual is elaborated. The second (special) part is in the form of a case history of a particular child patient with theabove-mentioneddiagnosis. Bymeans of acomparison ofthe initial and the final kinesiological analyses, thanks to which we achieved the results, the effect of the therapy is evaluated. Acomponentof the special part is also a description of individualtherapeuticunits. This part is based on the findings gained inthe Rehabilitation care centre for children "Zvonek" duringthe author's own therapeuticwork with the patient in the period from 19th January2015to 22ndApril2015. A chapter of the methodology of thework forms a separate part.
