Léčebně-rehabilitační plán po operaci instability zápěstí

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jezpracování problematiky rehabilitace po operaci nestabilního zápěstí. Tato bakalářská práce jezpracována formou kazuistiky u pacienta po operaci ruptury skafoideolunátního vazu. Důvodem výběru této diagnózy byl hlavně její méně častý výskyt. Práce bude rozdělena do tří částí, kdyvprvní, obecné části, je popsána anatomie zápěstí, kinetika a kinematika zápěstí, konkrétně pak kinetika skafoidea a lunata. Dále jepopsán mechanizmus úrazu, klasifikace instabilit, jejich diagnostika a následná terapie. Metodologie práce je obsahem druhé části, kde jsou uvedenyvšechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly během terapií použity. Tato kapitola také zahrnuje sběr dat a popis pracoviště, ve kterém byly terapie realizovány. Součástí speciální části je samotná kazuistika, která obsahuje informace o pacientovi, anamnézu, vstupn í kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a v neposlední řadě je zde popsán průběh terapeutických jednotek. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je kapitola Diskuze, ve které jsou zhodnoceny průběhy terapií a jejich úspěšnost. Součástí je také souhrn dosažených výsledků. V závěru práce je porovnání výsledků terapie operované horní končetiny oproti zdravé.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of rehabilitation after the instable wrist surgery. The bachelor thesis contains a case history of a patient after a surgery of scapholunate ligament rupture. The reason to choose this diagnosis was mainl y its rare occurrence. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first, theoretical, part the anatomy of a wrist and kinetics and kinematics of a wrist are described, with the focus on the kinetics of scaphoid and lunate. Next, the mechanism of an injury, classification of instabilities, their diagnostics and subsequent therapy are depicted. The second part of the thesis contains the methodology and all of the examination and therapeutic procedures used during the therapies are described here. This chapter also includes the data collection and the description of the department where the therapies were undergone. The special part of this chapter is an independent case history including the information about the patient, anamnesis, entrance kinesiology analysis, suggestion of a short-term and a long-term rehabilitation plan, final kinesiology analysis and last but not least the course of therapeutic units is described here. The integral part of the thesis is the chapter "Discussion" in which thecourses of therapies and their success rates are evaluated. The part of this chapter also includes the summary of the results achieved. At the final part of the thesis there is a comparison of the therapy results of the operated arm compared to the results of the healthy one.
