Abstract

Název práce:Vliv cílené fyzioterapie na výkonnost atletky sdiparetickou formou dětské mozkové obrny. Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem fyzioterapie na výkonnost pacientky sdiparetickou mozkovou obrnou. Obecná část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje naspecifika diagnóz pacientky, tedy na dětskoumozkovouobrnua na diabetes mellitus. Dále je zde věnována pozornostproblematicesportu handicapovaných a vlivutělesné zátěže na pacientku. Hlavní náplní speciální části bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacie ntky sdětskou mozkovou obrnou. Je zde popsán kompletní vstupní kineziologický rozbor, najehož základě je sestaven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Dále je zde uveden přehled výsledků měření výkonnostia fyzické zdatnosti pacientky. Vzávěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky terapie, míra ovlivnění výkonnosti afyzické zdatnosti pacientky zvolenými terapeutickými metodami. This thesis deals with the influence of physiotherapy on the performance of athletes with Diparetic Cerebral Palsy. The general part of the thesis focuses on the specific diagnosis of the patient, i. e. Cerebral Palsy and Diabetes Mellitus. Further attention is paid to the issue of sportsfor the disabled and the impact of such physical activity on the patient. A special section of the thesis includesthe processing ofcase histories of patients with Cerebral Palsy, along with a complete kinesiology analysis, on which short and long term rehabilitation plans are based. This special section also includes a summary of the results of the patient's performance measurement and physicalcondition in all therapeutic units. Finally, theresults of therapyare evaluated with the rate affecting performance and physical condition of the patient through selectedtherapeutic methods.
